The Standard room does not offer a balcony or a lake view, the view may be of the village or the tree or the mountains. Just the Superior Mountain & Village rooms offer a balcony and the village and mountain view  or the Superior Lake view rooms offer balcony and the lake view and are available upon request and a supplement.

Unfortunately, not, the Standard room has one bathroom but with shower or a bathtub. The only room that has a jacuzzi is our Lake Suite available upon request and supplement.

We are sorry but the double Standard room does not offer the wheelchair bound bathrooms. The only accessible bedroom for wheelchair bound guests is one single Standard room that has the special bathroom with no bidet, walk in shower, higher wc

Unfortunately not. The only room where we can accommodate a 3rd or a 4th extra person is our Premium Standard room having one double bed in the sleeping area and also a pull out sofa bed that can accommodate two children or one adult. Please contact us as soon as possible should there be 3 or 4 people in order to check the availability of the Premium Standard room.

Yes it is upon request and extra charge of € 10,00 per pet per day.
